Please log in by entering your client number and old password. Click on "Your password". Enter your current and new password. You can use your new password immediately after validation.
How can you log in?
To get access to your account you need your client number and password. You can find this data on the order forms you received. To guarantee your privacy, your password appears encoded as soon as you have personalized it on the Internet.

Bruneau allows you to make mistakes or change your mind! Should a product not meet your expectations, you can ask for an exchange or ask your money back* within 30 days.
* The only thing you need to do, is to return the product properly prepaid within 30 days after receipt, in it's original state, together with all accessories and documents. Additional consumer goods have to be returned in the original packaging. This guarantee does not include personalized products and software.

Your order beneficiates from the Total Security Guarantee*. All you need to do is ask and we can pick up the article at our cost. The product you did not like is being exchanged or refunded and this 30 days after receipt of the order.
You do not need to justify your decision.
This guarantee counts for all articles of your order, even if they are already unpacked (software not included), assembled or installed and even if the original packaging can no longer be found or has already been destroyed.
* The Total Security Guarantee", which is an option, is stated on your invoice. This guarantee costs 2.9% of the total amount, VAT exclusive, with a miniumum of 0,99€ and a maximum of 4,95€.
Though, if you do not wish to make use of this service, you can state this with your order or with the payment of your invoice.
